Poor kid got pricked by two big needles today - one in each chunky thigh

Not a fun day for Cohen ... and definitely not a fun day for me.

I don't think I'll ever get used to seeing him in pain ... which I'm sure is just yet another hallmark of parenthood

[and speaking of chunky thighs ... Cohen weighed in at 11lb 7oz today! Keep packing it on little man!]
