Week 3

You have eyes! And they're starting to turn from cobalt blue to brown

You're starting to be awake longer during the day .... we're thinking that you have your days and nights in order ... thank goodness!

You were visited by your Grandma and Grandpa Fluit who came up for dinner ... they loved on you like crazy

You were also visited by your Uncle and Aunt Greg and Michelle and your cousins Kiersten and Nathan ... they spoiled you with gifts and snuggles.

You went to your first bridal shower for your cousin Alycia and met your great aunts and great Beppe

Your Grandma Okkema came and stayed with us when your dad went back to work ... with her encouraging us, you had your first trip out for lunch, to the mall and to the grocery store. A lot of firsts this week!

You crushed your birth weight -- weighing in at 8lb 12oz - we were SO thrilled as you decided you were going to stay at 8lb 6oz for over a week.
