Slowly but surely....the sight lines between the living room and the kitchen are being opened....

And the pictures are getting blotchy due to ALL the drywall dust floating around...

The finished product....awaiting an island from Ikea (the rest of the wall will come out, we just were desparate to tear it open before we really had anything to finish it off with...we'll be living in a state of disrepair for a while..)
